Commercial Software The commercial software programs presented here represent the top of the line products being provided to corporations and individuals. These programs vary in their offerings from reminding typists to take a break, to instruction in stretches/excersizes and workplace ergonomics. Some programs provide still diagrams/photos while others use moving animations, computer graphics, and video sequences. Screen shot examples have been included below where possible to better provide an idea of what the programs are like. |
Shareware Software There is a growing number of freeware and low-cost shareware programs that provide break reminders and some excersize and posture/ergonomics information. While not as comprehensive as their commercial counterparts, these programs may be simply all you need - and my be the only ones for your operating system. |
